Terms and conditions of this Win a computer competition:

By entering the promotion each entrant will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and to have agreed to be bound by them:

1. Multiple entries will be accepted. One entry will be given per person when they sign up to our newsletter using the online form. Three entries will be given per person who uses our Kiss IT home services during the competition period. That's three entries per invoice. so if you use our services twice over this period. that is six entries. No entry will be given for using the Kiss IT Business services as this is a Kiss IT Home competition.
2. Due to the nature of the prizes, the minimum age for entry is 13 years old.
3. Only one prize will be drawn, the prize selected by the winning entrant will be the only prize given. The entrant should select only one prize from the provided prize selection.
4. The prize does not include accommodation, or travel to the prize venue.
5. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
6. Failure to supply all requested personal information at the time of submitting an entry might result in the entry being invalid.
7. Any outstanding invoices must be paid in full within 7 days of the prize draw before you can claim your prize or another name will be drawn.
8. All prizes are subject to standard terms and conditions of the company supplying the prizes.
9. No responsibility will be taken by Kiss IT with regard to incomplete entries. Entries will be deemed to be void if mutilated or tampered with in any way.
10. By entering the competition winners agree to their names being published and to be photographed and or interviewed by Kiss IT, or the promoter, and that the promoter may use their names and such photographs and/or interviews for publicity purposes.
11. Winners will be drawn on 3rd August 2009, at Kiss IT National Office, Unit 15, 23 Tukorako Drive, Mount Maunganui.
12. Winners will be notified by email.
13. If the prize winner cannot be contacted within 7 days that winner will forfeit the prize with no right of compensation and the prize will be redrawn.
14. You will be expected to pickup the prize in person so we can take photos etc for marketing purposes here in Mount Maunganui.
15. The winner will be expected to provide photo identification when they pickup the prize.
16. Winner is to pickup of prize within 3 weeks or the prize will be redrawn.
17. Subject to any applicable law which cannot be excluded, Kiss IT and their employees are not responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using the prizes.
18. Entry is open to New Zealand residents only. The employees and their families of Kiss IT are not eligible to enter this promotion.
19. The decision of judges in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
20. All entries become the property of Kiss IT and may be used for promotional and marketing purposes, or passed onto a third party involved in the promotion for their marketing purposes.
21. Under the privacy act all individuals have rights to access, and the correction of their personal information by contacting Kiss IT in writing at Kiss IT, PO Box 5487, Mount Maunganui 3150.
