- No Priority fees
- No Callout fees
- No higher rates for more senior engineers. All charged out the same low rate.
- Business hours are 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays.
- All charges will be recorded in 15 minute intervals.
- Discounts may be negotiated for Seniors, students and charities
- Minimum charges may apply, if unsure please contact the office to speak to someone.
- * Up to 5 Minutes is free, thereafter standard rates apply of minimum 15 minutes, Discretion used.
- ** Subsequent visits on the same ticket are in 15 minute increments.
- ***Work started prior to 5:30pm that goes into afterhours time has only a 15 minute minimum.
