We will happily work with your internal IT staff or any 3rd party to ensure your computer systems remain working in tip top condition.

•   Kiss IT is based in the Bay of Plenty, outside the BOP we can work with other IT providers in your area or we can simply arrange a courier to pickup your computer. Work on it here in the office and courier it back to you.

If you decide you would like us to fix the problem we offer remote assistance support through the internet and phone. So we can control your PC and work through the problem with you while you wait or arrange an engineer to visit you.

 

Workshop repair.

In some cases if you can do without the PC for a few days and you have another you can use. We can organise a courier to pickup the PC and fix the problem here in our workshop and then courier the PC back to you all fixed.
