The KISS IT Client Access Portal is available
now to all KISS IT customers free of charge.
We use it as a way to share and collaborate with our clients
on projects and service tickets.
Logging
Into Client Access:

To enter the Client Access Portal, visit the
Client
Access Portal web site and
login with the username and password which you have been
emailed previously:
If you have misplaced your username or password, please call
us and we will reset it.
Our
Client Access Portal features the ability for you to:
Submit service requests directly to us without
having to call.
View the status of any work being performed by
KISS IT for you.
Review project information including work
status
Add notes to the project journals or tasks
Complete project tasks and approvals assigned
to you
Access reports including time worked, service
invoices and retainer balance.
And more features on the navigation
You will be able to submit your own request
for help, saving you time and ensuring that your request
details are of the highest level of accuracy.
The request will automatically be assigned to an engineer by
sending him an email to his/her phone who will give you a
call to organise a time to visit and fix the problem.
