Kiss IT Introduction
KISS IT is a locally owned and operated Information
Technology (IT) service provider. Based in Mount Maunganui,
Bay of Plenty, KISS IT Ltd came into existence with the
vision of combining technical expertise and personalised
customer focus to create a truly special company. Our vision
is to become the premiere Information Technology service
provider in the Western Bay of Plenty area.

Frank Hekker has worked in the IT industry, both in New Zealand and internationally, for the last 11 years.
Throughout this time Frank has gained diverse experience working as a Senior Engineer for leading IT service providers in Australia and New Zealand, consulting to large corporate and government departments in England and New Zealand, and working as IT Manager for an NGO in Kenya.
Frank has the knowledge and expertise to enable him to successfully solve problems ranging from fixing home computers through to designing and implementing IT solutions for large businesses with hundreds of staff.

Frank, as the Director of Kiss IT Limited, is responsible
for ensuring the customer's high expectations are met. While
Kiss IT Limited is still in the growth phase, Frank is also
heavily involved in designing and implementing customer IT
solutions.

Amos
Pena is
a senior engineer who has worked for some very large
corporations like Dell, EMC, and CompUSA over the last 15
years.
He
prides himself in always doing what is best for the
customer while enjoying work as much as possible.
He built his first computer over 22 years ago and has
been working with computers ever since. He is a
natural problem solver and takes the logical approach.
He has worked
to design and build performance computers like Dell
XPS gaming systems.

Steve McMechan has been involved in the local Bay of Plenty IT
Industry over the last 12 years and worked with many
businesses in that time. As well as having the skills to do
the job quickly and professionally, he is well known locally
as someone who is willing to go the extra mile to ensure
you're happy with what is provided and even has other
company's calling him to fix issues that are considered too
difficult by others.
Clients love the fact that he can speak in plain English terms
and always relate things practically to those non IT savvy
clients.

Jared Dohrman has been a BOP resident for many years, knows
heaps of people in our industry has accumulated a
large amount of experience in the field ranging from
users/workstations to servers and networks.
Jared has also got a large knowledge of web servers
and building websites. |
