Frank Hekker

Frank has worked in the IT industry, both in New Zealand and internationally, for the last 16 years.

Throughout this time Frank has gained diverse experience working as a Senior Engineer for leading IT service providers in Australia and New Zealand, consulting to large corporate and government departments in England and New Zealand, and working as IT Manager for an NGO in Kenya.

Frank has the knowledge and expertise to enable him to successfully solve problems ranging from fixing home computers through to designing and implementing IT solutions for large businesses with hundreds of staff.

Frank, as the Director of Kiss IT Limited, is responsible for ensuring the customer's high expectations are met. While Kiss IT Limited is still in the growth phase, Frank is also heavily involved in designing and implementing customer IT solutions.

Andrea Crawford

Andrea is a new addition to our Administration team.

Andrea will be working in our administration department handling our accounts, managing in-house procedures and ticket logging. She is the first person you will see when you walk into our office, and is the friendly voice on the end of the phone. Andrea has extensive experience in Customer services and Administration and is passionate about making your experience with Kiss IT a positive one. She is loving the dynamic team and environment at Kiss IT and looks forward to creating new relationships with you.
